Virtual Violin allows the user to play any note in first position on any number of strings at once. Fingers are placed on the fingerboard, and bowing is simulated by holding down the appropriate button. The sounds were recorded on a real instrument. This app was created by students taking the introduction to computer programming course at La Sierra University.
Requires iOS 4.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
